Job summary

Toyota Tsusho America is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support service operations for Toyota Group related companies and distributor partners across the Caribbean and Latin America. You will collaborate with distributor partners and internal teams to maintain service standards and drive operational performance.

The role requires 3–6 years in automotive service, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or business, and willingness to travel up to 50% regionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering or business.
• 3–6 years in automotive industry.
• Experience supporting automotive service operations or distributor networks.
• Knowledge of service reporting systems and operational metrics.
• Ability to analyze service data and prepare operational reports.
• Experience supporting technical training, meetings, or service initiatives.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the Caribbean and Latin America.
• Spanish and/or French speaking preferred.
• Automotive service experience and distributor support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Distributor service operations and assist with resolving service-related inquiries and operational issues.
• Monitor distributor service performance metrics and assist in preparing reports to support performance reviews and operational improvements.
• Coordinate and support service meetings, training activities, and regional service events with distributor partners.
• Assist distributors in implementing service programs, safety campaigns, and operational initiatives in alignment with company standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and distributor partners to support service operations and promote customer satisfaction.
