Job summary

Hankey Group External is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth by developing and executing sales strategies within the Minnesota/Minneapolis dealer base. You will manage relationships with dealer representatives and lender partners, expand the dealer network, and lead training efforts to increase indirect leasing volume.

The role requires strong industry knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to travel up to 70% to visit dealers and attend conferences.

Qualifications

• Experience in auto finance or vehicle leasing is required; CULA leasing experience preferred.
• Experience in banking or credit union industries is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between CULA and lender/dealer partners to drive indirect leasing volume.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with auto dealerships participating in lender partner programs.
• Present information on indirect leasing services to prospective dealers and conduct trainings.
• Develop new business by focusing sales efforts on existing and potential dealer volume.
• Maintain consistent communication with approved dealer partners and monitor market conditions.
