Job summary

CULA seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth by expanding the dealer network and optimizing indirect leasing across the Minnesota territory. You will coordinate with the President, National Sales Director and VP, Business Development to meet company goals and expand partner relationships.

Travel up to 70% is expected while maintaining strong communication with lender partners and dealers. Strong industry knowledge and CRM proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in auto finance or leasing is a must.
• Banking or credit union industry experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between CULA and dealer reps and approved dealers.
• Cultivate relationships with auto dealerships in the indirect leasing program.
• Present information on indirect leasing services to prospective dealers.
• Develop new business through trainings and travel to dealers.
• Monitor market conditions and advise product changes.
