CVS Health Corporation is seeking a District Asset Protection Leader to implement AP programs and train field teams across a defined market. The role focuses on shrink control, investigations, and cross-functional engagement to drive loss prevention results.

The DAPL will conduct assessments, coordinate security functions, and partner with law enforcement while ensuring compliance and driving accountable business outcomes. This is a full-time role based in Roanoke, VA with significant travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in retail loss prevention asset protection management and/or field retail management.
• 2+ years’ experience with multiple store and/or total store management responsibility.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Experience with MS Office (Advanced Excel strongly preferred).

Responsabilités

• Complete store health assessments to ensure overall operational compliance in assigned stores.
• Coordinate and supervise the use of outside agencies for security functions within assigned markets.
• Conduct timely, ethical, and professional investigations of all potential internal theft incidents.
• Maintain liaison with local law enforcement officials to coordinate investigations and prosecutions.
• Facilitate meetings/trainings for field personnel according to market needs and priorities.
• Attain budgeted results for shrink and P&L performance within the assigned market.
