Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking an Area Asset Protection Manager to lead shrink mitigation, safety initiatives and asset protection programs across multiple districts. You will drive investigations, audits, and training in partnership with Store Ops, HR, Supply Chain, and Compliance to protect assets and reduce loss.

The role emphasizes analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and strong integrity, with travel across a market. 5+ years LP experience and relevant certifications are preferred.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant Loss Prevention/Asset Protection experience.
• Wicklander-Zulawski Certified; CFI preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with LP programs, Exception Based Reporting, investigative databases, and business intelligence solutions (Agilence, Auror, Everbridge).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to work under pressure and lead cross‑functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver shrink improvement through proactive use of asset protection tools, dashboards and reports to identify trends and determine store visits, audit cadence, and investigations.
• Execute store visit strategy aligned with operational and safety compliance protocols and audit cadence to support stores in driving results.
• Leverage external event reporting (Auror) to identify and investigate external loss and fraud; support ORC Managers with law enforcement collaboration.
• Leverage exception reporting tools (Agilence) to identify, investigate and resolve internal theft and loss.
• Coordinate and complete timely internal investigations and interviews with District Managers and leadership; foster ethical resolution.
