Job summary

ALO seeks an Area Asset Protection Manager to lead shrink prevention across districts, partnering with store leadership to reduce losses and maintain safety. You will manage Asset Protection Specialists, drive investigations, and coordinate with HR and Legal to ensure compliant case handling.

The role requires 3–5 years in asset protection, strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to travel within districts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of asset protection or loss prevention experience in a multi‑unit retail environment
• Experience conducting investigations and working with store operations teams
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable outcomes
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel within assigned districts (including overnight)

Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory shrink results and support stores in reducing losses from external and internal theft and operational errors
• Execute shrink reduction initiatives aligned with Asset Protection strategies
• Identify high‑risk stores and implement targeted action plans
• Directly manage and develop Asset Protection Specialists
• Provide coaching, training, and performance management to drive accountability
• Conduct internal and external investigations related to theft, fraud, and policy violations
• Support store teams during elevated risk situations and maintain security systems compliance
