Ulta Beauty is seeking a Regional Asset Protection Manager (RAPM) to lead and coordinate AP functions across 10–16 districts and 120–190 stores. You will drive shrink reduction, safety, and investigations, partnering with Store Operations, HR, and Compliance to protect assets and support the guest experience.

You will hire, mentor, and develop Area AP Managers, oversee investigations, review analytics, and develop regional shrink plans.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum seven years in asset protection in retail with multi-store experience.
• Strong investigative and interviewing skills; CFI/Forensic interviewing preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead and mentor teams.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, manage, and develop Area Asset Protection Managers.
• Provide training and guidance on investigations, analytics, and audits.
• Educate Field Operations on shrink awareness and inventory protection.
• Oversee internal and external investigations with multiple tools.
• Lead store visit strategy and regional audits.
• Develop regional shrink plans and manage High Shrink Program.
