You will partner with District Managers to assess store procedures, promote loss prevention awareness, and implement protective controls that safeguard assets and profitability. The role emphasizes investigations, analytics, and collaboration with Store Ops, People Success, Supply Chain, and local law enforcement.

Qualifikationen

• Five years of experience in Loss Prevention in a retail environment.
• Experience coordinating investigations and interviews with cross-functional partners.
• Demonstrates strong analytical and communication skills and integrity.

• Deliver shrink improvements using analytics, dashboards and audits.
• Lead store visits and audit cadences aligned with market needs.
• Investigate external theft with law enforcement and ORC teams.
• Conduct internal investigations and interviews with District Managers.
