Job summary

The role includes supporting the Four Pillar Strategy for revenue and profit assurance, shortage control, incident-investigation management, and safety across assigned locations.

The candidate will train field operators, establish relationships with local law enforcement, and assist with evidence collection and statements while traveling 60–70%

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years retail operations-related and multi-unit experience.
• Thorough understanding of retail Accounting and Financial Management.
• Analytics, reporting management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations and research, utilizing corporate reports and exception-based reporting.
• Develop professional cases and research packages that reveal fraud or misreporting.
• Take cases through completion ensuring recoveries, documentation and follow-up.
• Support Asset Protection Department's Four Pillar Strategy: Revenue/Profit, Shortage Control, Incident Investigation, Safety.
