Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Regional Asset Manager to maintain first-class hotel conditions across 45–65 properties. You will lead large CapEx projects, supervise contractors, and coordinate with operations, risk, and vendor teams to protect asset value.

You’ll perform site assessments, develop 5-year plans, and ensure compliance with safety and building standards while travel is required for emergencies and project oversight.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from college or technical school; minimum of 4 years in Facilities or Asset Management.
• Strong understanding of construction, project management concepts, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to write scope of work and bid projects; multitask and manage multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Must be reachable 24/7/365 for emergencies and travel to hotel sites as needed.
• Prepare annual, site-by-site budgets and travel cost estimates; oversee large CapEx projects.
• Identify, troubleshoot, scope, bid, value engineer, award, and oversee renovations/maintenance across hotels.
• Drive best value for ESA by balancing price, competency, and schedule to deliver high-quality work.
• Assess building needs and develop a 5-year CapEx plan; ensure safety and compliance.
