Job summary

Yokohama TWS is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead growth across the Southern U.S. territory, covering Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma. You will drive dealer and end-user engagement, expand market share, and manage a robust pipeline across material handling, construction, and agriculture segments.

The role requires strong consultative selling, territory management, and deep product knowledge to communicate value propositions and programs effectively to customers.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree; Business degrees preferred.
• 5+ years of sales experience in material-handling, agriculture, or construction selling premium brands.
• Previous experience in aftermarket sales is required.

Responsibilities

• Grow territory sales and gain market share each year across all product segments.
• Represent full Y-TWS product portfolio to dealers, distributors, end users, national accounts, OE2/assemblers, and OE aftermarket customers.
• Maintain a complete list of current and target accounts in the territory and manage CRM data when implemented.
• Deliver professional presentations using sales assets and communicate programs to designated customers within deadlines.
• Identify opportunities, qualify leads with dealers, and collaborate with management to win business.
