USA SOLVENTUM MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking an Acera Area Sales Director to lead a growing medical sales organization and drive revenue in the Boston area. You will recruit, coach, and deploy a high‑performing team, manage distributors where needed, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to translate market insights into strategic plans and actionable field initiatives, balancing growth with expenses and adhering to budgeted targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university and 5+ years of sales experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 8+ years in sales.
• Experience with Value Analysis Committees and/or trial approvals in commercial and federal facilities.
• Current, valid Driver’s License; use of a personal vehicle; participate in Solventum’s FAVR program; comply with MVR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute area business plans to achieve revenue targets while managing expenses.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team through regular communication and field engagement.
• Recruit, select, and build a dynamic sales organization, including distributor networks where applicable.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and laws governing interactions with healthcare professionals.
• Provide senior leadership with timely insights on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.
