Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Program Director to lead residential services across Indiana, ensuring person-centered supports and compliant program operations. You’ll oversee staff development, service delivery, and day-to-day operations in multiple homes while coordinating healthcare needs with site leadership.

You’ll manage budgets, staffing, and scheduling, maintaining a strong focus on quality care, regulatory compliance, and family partnerships to empower individuals served.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field required.
• 1+ years of experience within residential IDD/DD services, group homes, or community-based programs required.
• 2+ years of leadership experience overseeing multiple programs, sites, or leadership teams preferred.
• Must demonstrate good decision‑making, time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee personnel management across assigned programs and ensure staff complete orientation and ongoing training.
• Monitor program operations, goals, service plans, and person-centered supports.
• Provide day-to-day operational oversight to ensure services are organized and aligned with expectations.
• Coordinate medical needs and healthcare supports through site leadership.
• Monitor program-related finances and optimize resource use across locations.
• Oversee facility and site maintenance and address operational concerns.
• Guide site leaders to ensure accountability and consistent management.
