Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Nursing Services Manager in Indiana who will lead the Wellness Coordination program and supervise nursing operations in a defined region. You will oversee medical policy implementation and ensure individualized health care management for clients.

You will develop and monitor wellness services, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with licensure and organizational policies. Collaborative leadership and high-quality care are essential to this role.

Qualifications

Must be a Registered Nurse with a current license to practice nursing in Indiana.
Good communication is key; you’ll document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with team members.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Valid driver’s license required.
Background clearance is required as part of onboarding.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and grow the Wellness Coordination services.
Supervise and manage the nursing staff.
Ensure Wellness Assessments, Risk Mitigation Tool, and Wellness Plans are completed for individuals.
Ensure face-to-face visits are documented per the DDRS Wellness Coordination Guide.
Provide leadership to promote the organization’s mission, policies, and procedures.
Ensure health care services are consistent and of high quality for all served individuals.
