Job summary

National Health Care Associates is seeking a Regional A/R Manager to oversee accounts receivable operations across our regional facilities. You will ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies, playing a critical role in the financial health of our operations.

Responsibilities include managing AR for multiple facilities, designing policies to speed collections, monitoring aging, resolving billing discrepancies, training staff, and reporting AR performance to corporate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of AR management experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payers.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AR for multiple facilities within the region.
• Develop and implement policies to optimize AR processes and timely collections.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on delinquent accounts to maximize cash flow.
• Coordinate with billing staff to resolve discrepancies and payment issues.
• Provide training and support on billing, coding requirements, and collection strategies.
• Collaborate with finance to reconcile accounts and prepare AR reports.
• Act as liaison between regional offices and corporate headquarters on AR status.
