Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years AR management experience in healthcare.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AR for multiple facilities within the region.
• Develop and implement AR policies to optimize collections.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on delinquent accounts.
• Coordinate with facility admins and billing staff to resolve issues.
• Train staff on billing processes and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with finance to reconcile accounts and report metrics.
• Liaise between regional offices and corporate HQ on AR status.
