Job summary

RS Group is seeking a Regional AR Lead in Fort Worth, TX, Hybrid work arrangement. This role partners with Sales, Branch Managers, and internal AR teams to manage account health, mitigate risk, and resolve payment issues impacting cash flow.

The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with SAP expertise and a track record of driving results through cross-functional collaboration, including Collections, Billing, and Credit teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, Collections, Order-to-Cash, or related functions.
• Experience partnering with Sales and managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience handling escalated customer issues and driving resolution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary AR point of contact for Sales and Branch Leadership.
• Build strong partnerships across Sales and AR functions.
• Participate in account reviews and business discussions.
• Provide visibility into account health, disputes, aging, and customer risks.
• Monitor customer payment performance, disputes, and account exposure.
• Identify risks related to credit limits, payment trends, and account activity.
• Partner with Sales and AR teams to develop mitigation plans.
• Coordinate resolution of complex customer issues across Collections, Billing, Credit, Customer Master, and Cash Applications.
• Drive accountability, action planning, and timely follow-through.
• Escalate unresolved issues and significant risks when necessary.
