RS Group, a high-service global industrial solutions provider, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on evaluating credit risk, maintaining credit data integrity, and supporting order movement across RS Americas and Canada.

The AR Analyst partners with Sales, Finance and Customer Service, conducting reviews, risk mitigation, and compliance with company controls. Hybrid schedule, strong analytical mindset required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Credit or related financial operations.
• Understanding of credit risk management principles.
• Experience analyzing customer financial information, payment behavior, and credit reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SAP, Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), or similar financial systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of fraud prevention, risk assessment, and compliance controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform credit reviews and evaluate customer creditworthiness using financial data, payment history, credit bureau information, and risk indicators.
• Provide recommendations for credit limit changes and account holds to support daily order movement.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Accounts Receivable to resolve credit holds and movement issues.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in credit risk management and accounts receivable operations.
• Review high-risk accounts and elevate concerns to stakeholders for executive decisions.
• Support fraud risk prevention processes and risk mitigation activities.
• Assist with special projects, system testing, and improvements related to credit risk management.
