RS Americas is seeking an AR Regional Lead to partner with Sales and Branch leadership, manage account health, risk, and payment issues, and drive collections and cash-flow improvements. The role requires SAP expertise and cross-functional collaboration across Billing, Credit, and Cash Applications.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in AR/OC-related functions, strong analytical skills, and a customer-centric mindset. This on-site role supports RS’s industrial customers and regional teams.

Formación

• 5+ years in AR, credit, collections, or order-to-cash.
• Experience partnering with Sales on cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience handling escalated customer issues and driving resolution.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as AR liaison for Sales and Branch Leadership.
• Monitor account health, disputes, aging, and risks.
• Coordinate resolution of complex customer issues across AR functions.
• Drive accountability and timely follow-through on actions.
• Identify process improvements to cash flow and customer experience.
