Genesis Healthcare is seeking a Market Financial Analyst to support the Market Financial Advisor and nursing center operators by overseeing day-to-day Accounts Payable operations in a defined geographic area.

You will lead local payment operations, train personnel, review vendor statements, answer payment questions, and help centers get invoices coded and entered on time. This role emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and the ability to manage priorities in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume computerized environment.
• Customer service focus with vendor and center interactions.
• Proven leadership with ability to motivate and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide Accounts Payable customer service to nursing centers and vendors while coordinating any national vendor concerns with the Accounts Payable support team.
• Monitor daily Accounts Payable outstanding volume and manage cash disbursement targets and prioritization.
• Review vendor statements and follow up on all open issues.
• Support vendors and nursing center employees with questions regarding payment status.
• Assist and lead nursing centers to get invoices coded, approved, and entered timely.
