Delta Air Lines, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager to lead facilities projects across a region of airports. The role involves site selection, design coordination, construction management, relocation logistics, and contract execution, ensuring safety and timely delivery.

You will coordinate with various Delta units and external partners, travel extensively to airports, and oversee budgeting, master planning, and standards implementation to support aviation operations.

Qualificações

• Requires at least 5 years of professional experience in construction management, project management, or design.
• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field preferred; Master’s preferred.
• Strong financial, coordination, and communication skills; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Manage facilities projects including site selection, schematic design, space planning, construction management, relocation logistics, and contract execution for a region of airports.
• Coordinate project activities with airports to obtain approvals and coordinate construction.
• Develop strategic and tactical plans prioritizing safety and employee well-being.
• Prepare budgets, write RFPs, select architects/engineers/contractors, and create project schedules and funding requests.
• Deliver projects safely, on-time, and on-budget, interfacing with multiple internal teams.
