Job summary

Garver's Aviation Team is seeking a Project Manager to lead design, planning, funding, and client management services for Commercial Air Service Airports in the Delta Region.

The role requires coordinating multi‑discipline teams, managing aviation projects, and maintaining strong client relations in a dynamic environment. Strong communication and PE licensure are preferred; some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer.
• 4+ years of civil engineering experience, preferably aviation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Some travel (~10%) with occasional overnight.

Responsibilities

• Project management of aviation design projects (airside and landside) including pavement, drainage, utilities, sustainability and rehabilitation.
• Construction administration and oversight for aviation clients.
• Coordinate design teams of engineers, planners and technicians.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders and funding agencies.
• Provide outstanding client service.
