The role requires strong leadership, aviation construction know-how, and excellent communication. You will manage cross-functional teams, oversee design and construction activities, and ensure projects stay within approved costs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in aviation construction projects.
• BS in Building Construction, Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead aviation facility improvement, renovation and remodel projects coordinating design with airport, owner, operations and stakeholders.
• Chair stakeholder meetings and prepare minutes.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure scope, schedule, and budget accuracy; manage contracts, change orders and invoices.
• Monitor construction progress and address issues.
• Participate in coordination, reporting and strategy meetings.
• Collaborate with finance to keep projects within approved costs.
