Job summary

The role requires strong leadership, aviation construction know-how, and excellent communication. You will manage cross-functional teams, oversee design and construction activities, and ensure projects stay within approved costs.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in aviation construction projects.
- BS in Building Construction, Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture.
- PMP certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead aviation facility improvement, renovation and remodel projects coordinating design with airport, owner, operations and stakeholders.
- Chair stakeholder meetings and prepare minutes.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure scope, schedule, and budget accuracy; manage contracts, change orders and invoices.
- Monitor construction progress and address issues.
- Participate in coordination, reporting and strategy meetings.
- Collaborate with finance to keep projects within approved costs.
