Job summary

Breeze Airways is seeking a Regional Compliance Specialist to audit Above and Below Wing Teams and Training Records for regulatory compliance across a region of airports. The role includes participating in airport training for Breeze and Business Partner teams and preparing partners at new station launches.

You will conduct regular audits in line with Breeze audit programs, liaise with regulatory departments, and ensure training records meet TSA/FAA requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of prior experience in Airports and/or Airport Training.
• Working experience Above and Below Wing.
• Must be flexible to work outside business hours if needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Audit Above and Below Wing Teams and Training Records for regulatory compliance.
• Participate in airport training for Breeze and Business Partner teams.
• Assist in preparing Business Partners at new station launches.
• Conduct regular audits with Breeze audit program.
• Coordinate with Airports Policies and Procedures teams for updates.
