Job summary

Breeze Airways is seeking a Technical Operations Records, Training, & Curriculum Specialist to support the Maintenance Training Manager with maintaining and auditing TechOps training records and curriculum. You will help schedule FAA-regulated trainings, forecast needs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will coordinate with internal teams and instructors, perform audits, and monitor qualifications to keep the TechOps footprint current.

• High attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training recordkeeping and QTMS scheduling for TechOps End User.
• Ensure integrity of training records and regulatory compliance.
• Report training information to FAA and company leadership as required.
• Assist with audits of FAA, DOD, IOSA training records and qualifications.
• Communicate qualification status of TechOps team members and partners.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to schedule training events efficiently.
• Liaise between Breeze Training Departments and Instructors as needed.
• Support Maintenance Training Manager with other duties as assigned.
