ServiceNow, Inc. is seeking a Regional Product Manager to connect global AI product strategy with execution in the Americas. You will own one industry or segment, adapt the roadmap to local customers, regulations, and buying patterns, and drive its commercial success.

The role is IC, reports to the Americas Regional Product Management leader, and involves close collaboration with engineering, sales, marketing, and partners to ensure successful adoption and ongoing optimization of AI solutions.

Qualificações

10+ years in product management, solution consulting, or go-to-market strategy in enterprise software.
Domain depth in at least one industry or customer segment.

Responsabilidades

Translate the global AI product roadmap into a plan for your industry or segment.
Tailor use cases, solution packages, and messaging to customer problems.
Account for industry regulations and compliance in positioning and deployment.
Track AI adoption trends and adjust priorities.
Own the commercial strategy for your market, including product mix, packaging, and deal structure.
