HydraHost is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to own the revenue pipeline for AI server hardware and GPU rental marketplace demand across North America. The role combines hardware resale with recurring cloud and rental revenue, with heavy customer engagement and strategic deals.

You will build executive relationships with AI/ML teams, hyperscalers, and cloud providers, lead multi-million-dollar negotiations, and travel up to 50% to close opportunities and participate in key industry events.

Formación

• 8+ years of enterprise sales selling servers, GPUs, or networking hardware.
• Proven track record closing $20M+ annual quotas.
• Experience selling to Fortune 1000, hyperscalers, or major cloud providers.
• Knowledge of NVIDIA GPU roadmap (H100→H200→Blackwell) and HPC trends.
• Ability to navigate long, complex sales cycles with procurement, legal, and finance stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve and exceed revenue targets for AI server hardware and GPU rental marketplace bookings in the Americas.
• Build a pipeline of enterprise AI teams, hyperscalers, cloud providers, research institutions, and AI startups.
• Develop C-level and technical relationships with AI/ML leaders and procurement teams.
• Drive multi-million-dollar hardware deals from lead to close (new‑in‑box, open‑box, excess inventory).
• Identify and convert rental demand into recurring monthly/annual commitments on HydraHost's GPU marketplace.
• Forecast demand with Procurement and influence inventory strategy.
• Collaborate on regional events, webinars, and thought leadership content.
• Provide accurate forecasting, weekly pipeline updates, and market intelligence on AI hardware trends.
• Travel up to 50% within the Americas for meetings and events.
