Job summary

Oliver Wyman, a Marsh business, seeks a Senior Manager for AI Capability Enablement to translate firm-wide AI priorities into scalable enablement strategies and structured coaching across the organization. You will own operating rhythms, triage, experimentation, and governance to scale responsible AI usage with impact.

You will lead coaching, triage, and playbook development, connect teams tackling similar use cases, and guide stakeholders from strategy to execution in a fast-moving professional

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in AI enablement, digital delivery, product operations, project management, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflows (e.g., custom GPTs, prompt engineering, AI assistants).
• Experience operating in professional services or similarly complex, matrixed environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead operating model delivery for the AI Capability & Enablement function.
• Coordinate cross-functional contributors across Product Strategy, Design, Training & Comms, and platform teams.
• Oversee AI coaching through office hours, working sessions, and 1:1 support.
• Identify patterns and opportunities across user requests and adoption behaviors.
• Translate frontline learning into strategic recommendations for roadmap decisions.
