Job summary

Oliver Wyman seeks a Quotient Inside Regional AI Product Enablement Analyst to support AI experimentation, prompt engineering, and artifact creation for the Americas Center of Excellence.

In a hands-on role, you will test custom GPTs, refine prompts, document use cases, and cooperate with the AI Product Strategy team to scale responsible AI adoption across the firm. Hybrid work with in-office days is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in analytics, digital enablement, or technology-adjacent roles.
• Exposure to AI tools and interest in experimentation.
• Experience supporting documentation or analysis work in collaborative, cross functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured prompt testing and refinement across defined AI use cases the Centre of Excellence may own and manage.
• Support configuration and testing of custom GPTs and AI assistants for the Center of Excellence.
• Validate outputs for clarity, consistency, safety, and usability.
• Build and maintain prompt libraries, living exemplars, and structured guides for the Centre of Excellence.
