Job summary

Oliver Wyman, a Marsh business, seeks an AI Product Enablement Regional Manager for the Americas. You will translate firm-wide AI priorities into coaching, triage, experimentation, and scalable guidance, owning operating rhythms and stakeholder coordination to scale AI usage responsibly.

The role blends strategy with hands-on management, with a hybrid policy and a base salary range of $130,000–$170,000 depending on experience and location.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years in AI enablement, digital delivery, product operations or related roles.
• 3+ years of people management experience, leading high-performing teams.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives with clear deliverables.
• Hands-on with AI tools and workflows (e.g., custom GPTs, prompt engineering).
• Experience in professional services or matrixed environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the AI Capability & Enablement function in the Americas.
• Design workflows for intake, routing, escalation, and feedback loops.
• Track KPIs and recommend course corrections; maintain analytics dashboards.
• Provide AI coaching through office hours and 1:1 sessions.
• Coordinate cross-functional contributors across Strategy, Design, Engineering, Training & Comms.
