Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a mid-level AI Solutions Analyst to develop and execute AI-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement. You will craft sophisticated agents and prompts, ensure scalable integration with existing systems, and uphold ethical AI standards.

Collaborating with business and delivery teams, you will translate complex needs into actionable AI use cases, participate in QA, volume, and bias tests, and help drive the company’s digital transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years professional experience in analyst or equivalent role.
• Strategic mindset; align product decisions with strategy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with backlog management and prioritization.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies in product development.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Real estate experience preferred, but not required.
• Commitment to integrity and SitusAMC’s guiding principles.

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of the AI innovation roadmap aligning with the company’s broader digital transformation strategy.
• Execute high-impact AI use cases in areas such as automation, predictive analytics, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Develop AI solutions by creating sophisticated agents and prompts, ensuring integration with existing systems.
• Ensure AI models are scalable, reliable, and compliant; address ethical AI concerns and regulations.
• Follow SitusAMC standard processes; participate in QA testing, volume testing and bias testing; create test plans.
• Develop repeatable models that can be replicated across the business to gain efficiencies.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to enhance product offerings and streamline workflows using AI insights.
• Support business personnel advancing AI initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
