Trane Technologies plc’s Thermo King Americas seeks an Area General Manager to unite legacy operations, branch cultures, systems and talent into a high‑performing commercial and operational powerhouse. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
• 8–10+ years of progressive operational and commercial leadership experience.
• P&L accountability of $25M+ with track record of top-line and OI targets.
• Experience in capital equipment, commercial transportation, heavy truck/trailer dealership networks, or industrial service sectors.
• Experience leading through post-merger integration and organizational change.
• Willingness to travel 20–40% across territory.
• Strong strategic and financial acumen and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end P&L ownership for multiple branches ($30M–$60M revenue).
• Lead annual operating plans and multi-year growth strategies.

• Standardize processes across branches with ERP and safety protocols.
