You will oversee sales leadership across equipment, services and contracting, and guide Operations via matrix leadership.

The role requires a long track record in HVAC or related industries, experienced sales management, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, business or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual and long-term financial results for the Sales Office.
• Oversee customer and district sales management, new customer acquisition, satisfaction measurement, price management, and market penetration.
• Assemble account teams and interact with Account Managers for diverse portfolios.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational integrity.
• Support human capital strategies such as engagement, recruitment and inclusion.
