Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Commercial Sales Manager for Aggregates to lead a regional sales team and drive growth across multiple states. The role emphasizes data-driven strategy, strong customer focus, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Logistics, and Performance teams to optimize inventory and delivery.

The position requires a minimum seven years in aggregates or related construction sectors, with proven leadership and a track record in increasing EBITDA and margins.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience in aggregates, ready-mix, or heavy construction sectors.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute data-driven commercial strategies and manage regional P&L.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a regional sales team (inside sales and account managers).
• Set targets, review pipelines, and implement KPI and CRM discipline.
• Develop regional sales strategy aligned with divisional goals to drive volume, ASP, and EBITDA growth.
• Identify high-value segments, pricing opportunities, and product mix strategies.
• Collaborate with Operations, Logistics and Analytics to optimize inventory, delivery, and performance.
