Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Commercial Sales Manager, Aggregates to lead a regional team and drive revenue growth across multiple markets. You will collaborate with Operations, Logistics and Performance teams to optimize inventory, delivery, and customer outcomes, while strengthening relationships with strategic customers and partners.

Qualifications

Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant sales leadership experience.
Experience in aggregates, ready-mix, or heavy construction is preferred.
Proven ability to manage large accounts and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Lead regional sales team including inside sales and account managers.
Develop and execute regional sales strategy aligned with divisional goals.
Manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and drive EBITDA growth.
Collaborate across Operations, Logistics and Performance teams.
Monitor KPIs, forecast accuracy and pricing discipline.
