Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Monil seeks a field‑oriented sales professional to grow our presence in the US Southeast. You will meet ranchers, conduct on‑farm demos, and guide producers through buying decisions, combining field visits with phone follow‑ups to advance opportunities.
Ideal candidates bring experience in agriculture or livestock and hands‑on sales skills. You’ll travel to ranches and events while collaborating with the US team to build a scalable regional sales effort.
Monil is a fast moving company building virtual fencing technology for grazing livestock. Founded in Norway, the company has already introduced the system to livestock operations across Europe and experienced strong growth in the US. Our system helps cattle producers manage grazing more efficiently, expand access to pasture, and reduce the time spent building and maintaining physical fences.
Monil's presence is now covering the whole of the US, with our efforts and results concentrated in a handful of focus states in the Midwest, where we have people on the ground and a farmer success team close to our customers. Becoming known and trusted in a region takes time, and we have deliberately been building that with people on the ground. Inquiries are now coming in from producers all over the US, and we want to take the next step towards new focus regions where we can have more people on the ground. Next steps are going both South Sentral and South East. You will help Monil grow in the South East as part of a close-knit sales team. Much of your work will be responding to producers who contact us, understanding their operations, and focusing our time on the opportunities where Monil can make the greatest difference. In addition, time at ranches, around coffee tables, fairs and demonstration events is equally important. This is a remote position with day-to-day support from the rest of the US team. If you enjoy helping build a regional sales effort while working closely with a team, and producers, we would like to hear from you.
Monil already has experience and working methods from Europe. The US team will use what works, while adapting and rebuilding the parts that do not translate directly to the American market or are too heavy for a young organization.
We move quickly and learn in the field. We do not overbuild processes early. Instead we focus on doing the work, learning from it, and building structure as patterns emerge.
This is not corporate, scripted sales with tidy meeting rooms and full desk days. Much of the work happens in trucks, by phone, on ranches, and at pasture gates. Success comes from hustle, relationship‑building, and learning directly from producers.
Became Monil is still early in the US market, everyone contributes where needed. You will have a clear focus on sales, but the people joining now are expected to step in, solve problems, and help move the business forward wherever they can.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, with a final application deadline of October 18.
