Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. is seeking a Regional Aftermarket Manager to lead Customer Service Advisors and manage parts and service departments regionally. You will motivate, coach, and evaluate teams to drive lasting brand loyalty and high performance across stores.

You will develop and implement sales plans, coordinate across locations, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This individual will provide leadership in motivating, managing, and evaluating the Customer Service Advisors in support of aftermarket sales. They will develop and implement the sales plan and maintain a customer relationship process in an effort to achieve lasting brand and store loyalty. The Regional Aftermarket Manager will effectively lead and guide the management of the parts and service departments on a regional level. They will help coordinate activities and cooperate with all stores within the region to best serve the needs of the customer and employees. What You Will Do:

• Develop & Coach Leaders: Mentor and support Service Managers and Parts Managers, helping them achieve performance goals while fostering professional growth and development.
• Drive Strategic Performance: Lead the Customer Service Advisors (CSAs - aftermarket sales team) throughout the sales process and mentor on territory management, negotiating, product knowledge, and productivity.
• Champion Customer Success: Develop and maintain processes that enhance the customer experience, strengthen relationships, and deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
• Build Engaged Teams: Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement across all locations within the region
