Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. in Salt Lake City is seeking a Regional Aftermarket Manager (Construction Technology) to lead aftermarket training, support, and escalation across our Construction Technology network.

You will coordinate support activities, strengthen OEM partnerships, and ensure consistent delivery of technical expertise while driving growth in our construction technology business. The role requires strong communication skills and experience in aftermarket parts/service, with a college degree

Qualifications

• Industry and/or aftermarket parts and service support experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• College degree or applicable experience preferred.
• Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor CSAs to promote, assess, and close service work with a sales mindset.
• Conduct weekly customer visits and quarterly reviews to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Deere on promotions and streamline service processes.
• Set regional direction for aftermarket activities and train technicians.
