Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. in Fargo, ND, is seeking a Regional Aftermarket Manager (Construction Technology) to lead aftermarket training, support, and escalation for the Construction Technology Support Centers.

You’ll coordinate activities, strengthen OEM partnerships, and ensure expert technical support drives growth in our construction technology business. In this role you’ll coach supervisors, drive service and parts initiatives, manage regional training calendars, monitor performance, and uphold

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory/management experience.
• Industry and/or aftermarket parts and service support experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• College degree or applicable experience preferred.
• Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and train CSAs to promote, assess, and close service work, with a sales manager mindset.
• Conduct weekly customer visits and quarterly reviews of accounts to identify growth opportunities.
• Assist in driving aftermarket business through parts department initiatives and Deere promotions.
• Collaborate with Service departments to provide consistent support and standards.
• Coordinate training calendars and career growth opportunities for technicians and leaders.
• Set regional direction for aftermarket activities and ensure safety compliance.
• Address warranty issues between Deere and stores and act as liaison.
• Develop and maintain service department processes for customer satisfaction.
