Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. in Utah is seeking a Regional Aftermarket Manager (Construction Technology) to lead training, support, and escalation for construction technology aftermarket services.

You will coordinate support centers, strengthen OEM partnerships, set regional direction for aftermarket activities, mentor CSAs, drive growth opportunities, and partner with Territory teams to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum supervisory/management experience in aftermarket or service.
• Industry aftermarket parts and service support knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in the U.S. manufacturing/equipment sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and train CSAs to promote, assess, and close service work, with a sales-manager mindset.
• Conduct weekly customer visits and quarterly reviews to identify growth opportunities.
• Assist in driving aftermarket business through parts initiatives and promotions with Deere.
• Collaborate with Service departments to provide consistent support and processes.
• Coordinate with ALS to streamline oil sample processes.
