RDO Equipment Co. is seeking a Regional Aftermarket Manager (Construction Technology) to lead training, support centers, and escalation management for construction technology aftermarket activities.

This role coordinates support, strengthens OEM partnerships, and drives the growth of RDO's construction technology business. The position offers a $100,000-$130,000 annual salary with 40% bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Supervisory or management experience required.
• Experience in aftermarket parts and service support.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• College degree or applicable experience preferred.
• Candidates must have valid work authorization in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, mentor CSAs to promote and close service work.
• Conduct weekly customer visits and quarterly reviews of customer accounts.
• Assist in driving aftermarket business through parts department initiatives with Deere promotions.
• Work with Service departments to provide consistent support and tools usage.
• Collaborate with ALS to streamline oil sample processes.
