RDO Equipment Co. is seeking a Regional Aftermarket Manager (Construction Technology) to lead aftermarket training, support, and escalation management for construction technology Support Centers.

You will coordinate support activities, strengthen OEM partnerships, and ensure consistent delivery of technical expertise and customer support to grow RDO's construction technology business. Key duties include leading and coaching CSAs, conducting growth-focused visits, and collaborating with Deere on

Qualificações

• Previous supervisory/management experience.
• Experience in aftermarket parts and service support in the industry.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• College degree or applicable experience preferred.
• Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and train CSAs to promote, assess, and close service work.
• Conduct weekly customer visits and quarterly reviews of customer accounts to identify growth opportunities.
• Assist in driving aftermarket business through parts department initiatives and Deere promotions.
• Work with Service departments to provide consistent support, including E-walk usage and text messaging.
• Collaborate with ALS to streamline oil sample processes.
• Participate in monthly financial calls to review regional performance.
• Engage Operations Managers and review WIP/BIP bi-weekly; address store issues.
• Set regional direction for aftermarket activities.
• Assess training, promotion, and career growth opportunities for technicians and leaders.
• Develop and implement training calendars and programs for the region.
