Job summary

Prismhr Hire is seeking an experienced professional to oversee a regional portfolio of affordable housing properties, driving occupancy, retention, and financial performance. You will lead on-site teams, align property-level goals with company standards, and ensure consistent service across communities.

You will mentor property managers, monitor budgets and rent collections, review performance reports, and collaborate with maintenance, asset management, and leadership teams to address priorities

Qualifications

• Experience in property management with multi-site or regional oversight.
• Background in affordable housing (RD, HUD, LIHTC) is required.
• Strong budgeting, financial analysis, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead diverse teams across multiple locations.
• Familiarity with fair housing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across a regional portfolio to support occupancy and financial performance.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to property managers and on-site teams.
• Monitor budgets, operating expenses, rent collections, and key metrics.
• Review property performance reports and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and results.
• Support leasing strategy and resident retention initiatives.
• Conduct quarterly property visits to assess operations and team performance.
• Collaborate with maintenance, asset management, and leadership teams to address priorities.
• Ensure adherence to policies, fair housing practices, and applicable regulations.
• Assist with staffing, training, performance management, and team development.
• Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, and action plans to leadership and owners.
