Qualifications

• Proven experience as a property manager or in a similar role within real estate.
• Knowledge of affordable housing programs and regulations is highly beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in property management software and basic accounting principles.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations, including tenant communications, lease administration, and rent collection.
• Coordinate maintenance requests to ensure timely and effective resolution of property issues.
• Conduct regular property inspections to assess and address maintenance and repair needs.
• Enforce property rules and regulations consistently and fairly.
