Job summary

AbbVie Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Leader to drive sales strategy and execution for the Allergan Aesthetics portfolio across the region.

You will lead a team of 7–10 representatives, align with cross-portfolio teams, and work to maximize market penetration and growth in Facial, SkinMedica, and related lines. The role requires a strong track record in sales leadership within pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or consumer sales, plus a field-based presence in California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of sales and sales management experience.
• Thorough knowledge of aesthetics, direct sales/B2B experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track top-line performance and resource allocation across regional priorities.
• Oversee account strategy development and execution to grow Facial and the portfolio.
• Lead, coach, and develop Facial and SkinMedica Sales Representatives in the region.
• Coordinate with cross-portfolio teams to identify and act on opportunities.
• Support regional accounts and execute National Account strategies at ship-to level.
