Qualifications

• Master's degree in social services or related field and licensure as required by state of operation and program type to be maintained throughout employment
• Six (6) years of experience in an administrative management position in a health care setting
• Two (2) of the six years must be as a Telecare Program Administrator
• Two (2) years of responsibility for supervision of professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing
• Knowledge of community mental health services, psychiatric rehabilitation concepts, and recovery philosophy
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout assigned region, including driving to support Program
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified (hands-on course) on date of employment or prior to providing direct client care and maintain current certification throughout employment
• All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of assigned program(s) with regulatory compliance and QA improvements
• Oversee and mentor administrators in the region and collaborate with Corporate and external stakeholders
• Participate in structured on-call rotations and respond to work-related needs promptly
• Travel throughout the region to support multiple program locations as needed
• Ensure financial stewardship, budgeting adherence, and regulatory compliance across programs
