Job summary

Telecare Corporation seeks a Regional Director of Operations to oversee facilities across multiple counties, driving clinical program objectives and budgeted outcomes within the Alameda region. This role provides leadership for overall program operations and new service development.

The position requires 10+ years in healthcare administration, a master’s degree, and proven leadership with multi-site management, labor relations, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years’ experience in healthcare administration.
• Master's Degree in Hospital Administration, Mental Health Administration or related field.
• Strong knowledge of labor relations.
• Strong team management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience managing multiple sites.
• Must be CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified on date of employment.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; willing to use personal vehicle for meetings (IRS mileage reimbursement).

Responsibilities

• Drive results and manage facilities within the assigned region and/or product line.
• Lead operations in setting and executing short- and long-term goals.
• Coordinate planning, organizing, and implementing new programs and services to advance the organization’s mission and financial wellbeing.
