Job summary

Telecare Corporation seeks a Regional Business Office Manager to oversee business office functions, supervise, and train staff, and support programs on-site and remotely. The role requires accounting expertise, policy oversight, and travel within the region.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance, coordinating with administrators, and managing financial processes across multiple programs. Travel will be required within Sacramento region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with at least one academic year of accounting units.
• Five (5) years of related experience in business office, accounting, or financial operations.
• Experience with accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, journal entries, financial statement review, accruals, cost transfers, and use of accounting or billing systems such as QuickBooks.
• Ability to function independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Experience delivering onboarding, procedural, or policy-based training to staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality performance of business office functions.
• Provide support and training to business office personnel around oversight, monitoring, and compliance of financial policies and procedures.
• Support on-site and remotely to all assigned programs.
