Job summary

Telecare Corporation seeks a Nurse Supervisor for its Oregon ACT #204 program, a community-based behavioral health initiative. The role combines clinical leadership with coordination across nursing and behavioral health teams within a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will supervise three RNs, work with psychiatrists, clinicians, and case managers to support members in the community, and lead nursing care in line with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with four (4) years of nursing experience, including two (2) years of psychiatric nursing experience; OR
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with two (2) years of psychiatric nursing experience; OR
• Master’s degree in Nursing with one (1) year of psychiatric nursing experience

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support a team of three Registered Nurses
• Coordinate nursing care with psychiatry, clinical staff, case management and other treatment team members
• Provide nursing assessments, interventions, and medication oversight as needed
• Support education to members regarding medications, health, and recovery
• Oversee infection control practices and ensure regulatory compliance
• Participate in treatment planning and multidisciplinary team meetings
