Job summary

Telecare Corporation is seeking a Regional Administrator to oversee day-to-day operations of assigned programs, mentor other Administrators, ensure regulatory compliance, and actively drive Quality Assurance and Performance Improvements across the Bay Area. This senior role requires collaboration with corporate departments, community stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and outside consultants.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social services or related field and licensed in CA (LMFT/LPCC/LCSW or Licensed Psychologist) must be maintained.
• Six years of experience in an administrative management position in a health care setting; two of the six years as a Telecare Program Administrator.
• Knowledge of community mental health services, psychiatric rehabilitation concepts, and recovery philosophy.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned region, including driving to support Program(s).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified on date of employment or prior to providing direct client care and maintain current certification throughout employment.
• All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for TB, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance are required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment.
• Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
• Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc. (weekly mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate)

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned program(s) and mentor other Administrators in the region.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and actively drive Quality Assurance and Performance Improvements.
• Collaborate with Corporate departments, community stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and outside consultants.
• Stabilize, support, or lead programs during leadership transitions, operational challenges, or growth initiatives.
• Participate in a structured on-call rotation and respond to work-related needs within a designated timeframe.
• Travel throughout the Bay Area Region and work at different program locations as needed.
